U BOLTS<\/h3>\n

Used in construction and mechanics, produced with steel 41CrS4, 32CrB4, B7, 42CrMo4, 25CrMo4, AISI 304, AISI 316, S355J2, it is made only on customer specifications.<\/p>\n

The production range goes from diameter M.6 to M.42 with a maximum length of 1,500 mm (to be evaluated based on the diameter) with MA \u2013 MB \u2013 MC \u2013 MD thread.<\/p>\n

In the case of stainless steels, the mechanical characteristics are those required by the EN 10088-3 standard, all other steels can be made with resistance class 5.6 \u2013 8.8 \u2013 10.9 according to the UNI EN ISO 898-1: 2013 standard.<\/p>\n

The bars can be supplied with electrolytic zinc plating, electrolytic zinc plating and dehydrogenation (if produced with 42CrMo4), hot dip galvanizing (maximum length 1,300 mm), Geomet, Zinkel, nitrocarburizing, cataphoresis.<\/p>\n

Packaging depends on the length of the bars. The standard requires the bars to be packed on pallets, bundles up to 3,000 mm long placed on special pallets, wooden crates.
