HIGH RESISTANCE MB PITCH TIE ROD<\/h3>\n

Mainly used in the automotive sector, produced with 42CrMo4 steel, in compliance with the EN 10277 standard.<\/p>\n

The production range goes from diameter M.12 \u00d7 1.5 to M.60 \u00d7 4 with length 100 mm to 6.000 mm (from M.12 \u00d7 1.5 to M.36 \u00d7 3) \u2013 from 100 mm to 6.000 mm (from M. 36 \u00d7 3 to M.60 \u00d7 4) with metric fine thread (MB).<\/p>\n

The mechanical characteristics correspond to those of the EN 10277 standard.<\/p>\n

The bars can be supplied with electrolytic galvanizing and dehydrogenation (maximum length 2,300 mm), hot dip galvanizing (maximum length 1,300 mm), Geomet, Zinkel, nitrocarburizing, cataphoresis.<\/p>\n

Packaging depends on the length of the bars. The standard requires the bars to be packed on pallets, bundles up to 3,000 mm long placed on special pallets, wooden crates. Mainly used in construction, produced with steel 41CrS4, 32CrB4, B7, 42CrMo4, 25CrMo4, AISI 304, AISI 316, S355J2, it is made only on customer specifications.<\/p>\n

The production range goes from diameter M.4 to M.130 with length 50 mm to 6.000 mm with metric coarse thread (MA) and metric fine thread (MB).<\/p>\n

In the case of stainless steels, the mechanical characteristics are those required by the EN 10088-3 standard, all other steels can be made with resistance class 5.6 \u2013 8.8 \u2013 10.9 according to the UNI EN ISO 898-1: 2013 standard.<\/p>\n
